SUSAN RONALD is one of the world’s leading experts on enabling commercial activities in historic sites for over 20 years, and has been an advisor to England’s National Trust and several British government departments. She has written numerous articles on historic subjects, a popular history of France for young adults, and the six-hundred-year history of one of the world’s most famous diamonds entitled The Sancy Blood Diamond (Wiley, 2004). While born in California, she has lived most of her adult life in Europe, immigrating to England over twenty years ago.
